ERA information

ERA informationMaybe some already know this, but I think it's the first hard number I have seen regarding the Horizon site implementation. ERA (Emissions Reduction Alberta), one of the funders so far ($5M) has pegged the value of the project at $610,000,000. I'm not sure exactly what that 'value' means.
