QEX - another smart strategic move

QEX - another smart strategic move Another smart strategic move by QEX – the appointment of KE, Skeena’s VP – Communications, to our Board.

Within BC’s Mining Industry, Skeena is clearly a leader in building effective working relationships with Aboriginal groups.  KE leads their efforts and now sits on QEX’s Board.  She is a founding member of the British Columbia Regional Mining Alliance – a regional partnership between Aboriginal groups, industry and the province government to promote mining investment in the Golden Triangle.

KE’s appointment to our Board is an acknowledgement, by both QEX and Skeena, of the importance of these relationships and I expect QEX will benefit greatly from her experience and expertise.

Although KE’s knowledge and influence will benefit all of QEX’s projects over time, one in particular requires her strong competence and skill now – North ROK.  I expect she will guide QEX in their actions as they regenerate this project in discussions with the First Nations.  Suddenly the potential of North ROK comes back to mind.

As I said, another smart, strategic move by QEX – good news for QEX shareholders – it’s all part of the organized, and methodical approach.
