Argentina is uninvestible for newmining projects according to a company who has a property there and won't do anything with it until the tax regime changes and peru's latest polical darling talk of nationalization, which has a spokesman soften it by saying not nationalizim, but will jack up taxes--which will of course translate to a 70% plus rate once royalies are taken into account. Meanwhile unless you live near the is lamb ic savage strongholds their is no disruption at all and the tax rate is very reasonable.
