Earnings were soso

Earnings were sosoYes, earnings per share have exceeded expectations. However, considering they presented 162M in sales versus 110M expected, earnings should have been well north of 0.20.

When comparing to Q3 2020, Q1 earnings per share are weak.

Q3 2020: Copper price 2.97, Rev 95M, CF 47M, eps:0.13
Q1 2021: Copper price 3.90, Rev 162M, CF 80M, eps:0.18

Applying Q1 Copper price to Q3 2020, eps would have been in the 0.22 range with only 18M lbs sold. This quarter we sold 50% more copper vs Q3. Imagine where the eps could have been.  Even if we consider higher taxes Q1 vs Q3, earnings are too low.

Excepted for this low earnings, the results were very strong. Let's see the analysts' updates tmo.
