Have you guys even looked at the patents? Their major 'innovation' aka HART doesn't even have a webpage anymore. The HARP looks to just be an exceedingly complicated Rod Pump. If the cost is too high you start competeing against other well established methods of Artificial Lift such as Gas Lift Valves and PCPs.
