If I work for Reliq under these term then......

As a disclaimer before I retire I have been working as a contract engineer in Calgary and The Middle East. Put myself in the similar employment terms with Reliq - no pay on cash except with stock options and on every six month renewal. I would be looking for work every day. same for the CFO. It reveals the fact that there is probably no full time employees (except the few who originally injected their own money awhile ago by issuing @ 0.225/share to save the company from going under) and every contract worker are on consultant basis. American staff included. Get that.
