I thought it was a very good interview.  I think he handled the questions about the startup dillution problems etc and was quite clear about the path forward. 
I think some of you were quite harsh with your criticism (whatever your reasons)  From my experience I believe startup issues are commonplace,

In the near future they will be announcing commercial production, with higher grades being processed and the plant running at 900 MT day vs 800 MT (design).

Exploration is ongoing with a very positive outcome very likely.

Going forward we will have numerous favourable news releases which wll propell the stock price back up.

Be patient.
