Good numbersWe are already into the 2nd quarter almost a full month.
If a company does not know where they stand with the last four or five months revenue, FFO, CF etc. you may as well leave now.
The numbers will look good. Costs everywhere were slashed, costs to drill were better.
Efficiencies are coming in from multi pad drilling.
Debt will start to be paid down. Maybe the interest paid could be put into divs in the future instead.
Production should improve at these price levels to some degree. It is the lack of growth that will hamper the company.
Drilling is far more profitable than paying off debt at record low interest rates. This may change also.
