The MCTO end date is Friday, April 30. Management seems to be wating til last second to submit filings. If they do submit before end of week, I'm guessing the pr will be accompanied by recent transaction numbers and this will give sp a nice pop, removing overhang of tardy filing. If they do not submit by April 30, then management should be taken out to the woodshed for dropping the ball on what we're told is a simple administrative matter. In all other respects, company is firing on all cylinders so I'm fully expecting (hoping) filing before Friday.
