Sage Ranch Update

Sage Ranch UpdateThe City issued their revised water report to our team yesterday.

It looks very good.

The report states in detail where the water will be coming from, current usage, future usage and the impacts of Sage Ranch.

The highlight was the efficiency of Sage Ranch will reduce total City demand over time due to the smaller housing units compared to the older inefficient track homes of the past, plus our grey water program.

The usage reduction was based on a proposed growth rate of 2.3% per year PLUS conditioned on Jeff Ciachurski contributing 93 Acre Feet of Pumping Rights that I bought as part of a 204 Acre Foot Pumping Right purchase I made last year for USD $2.6 Million cash.

Our legal team is schduling a conference call to discuss the accuracy of the report, and if satisfied, give our permission to the City to file the report.  That removes the last item for the City to send their final staff report package over to the Planning Commission supporting the project for approval at their next meeting, provided the Commission has the Staff Report 30 days before the meeting.
