VanEck Low Carbon Energy ETF V.GEX

Primary Symbol: SMOG

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Ardour Global IndexSM (Extra Liquid). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in stocks of low carbon energy companies. Such companies may include small- and medium-capitalization companies and foreign issuers. Low carbon energy companies refers to companies primarily engaged in alternative energy, including renewable energy, alternative fuels and related enabling technologies (such as advanced batteries). It is non-diversified.

RE: Gex is next

RE: Gex is nextWhat ever it's based on I'm hoping/expecting it would garner $20-21/share. Really, I hope it hangs in and forms the basis for the future of the Canadian Mid-cap Oil and Gas stocks. Not to many left and it would be nice to think we still own some of our non-renewable resources. It can get damn cold up here to and we need someone to sell to us(not just to the gas fired electricity generators that California needs to keep Silicon Valley operating) Is itg just my perception, or dosen't anyone else find it strange that California based utilities default on payments to Canadian companies with out to much fuss and even less noise is being made when their close cousins come in and buy up the gas producers in Canada REAL CHEAP LIKE!
