Yes, that's always a possibilty but there are a few buffers that might help minimize that potential. Also the takeout target... highly likely.. BVT has the only game with this tech but as they've said (webinar) they aren't going around shopping for a buyer..

Considering they are targeting major growers in these trials good news travels quickly.
