RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Trends in atmospheric methane abundance in past 40 yearsIt's not governments restricting pipelines, Trudeau was begging for it, it's our fair court systems giving environmentalists and natives a voice to challenge. Venting and flaring should be banned entirely and fined in such a way as to make CEOs sh*t bricks. It's an absolute travesty that has gone on too long from indifference. The fact remains NG is extremely dirty as things stand and should be treated with same disdain as coal unless thing change fast.
Oldnagger wrote: When governments try to starve the gas industry by restricting pipelines, what they do is to drive commodity prices to zero or negative numbers . They should not then turn around and complain about venting or flaring !! When environmentalists want to cast blame , they should take a long look at their own actions. Similarly , for the TMPL bird lovers where is their caring when it comes to wind turbines killing birds ?
