How in the world do you figure the stock is undervalued?  Their last financing was at .08 including a warrant. Nothing has changed since that financing other than spending most of the money.  So even if one was to say nothing has changed minus cash spend the value of the company is like 5 or 6 cents!  Now if they release the actual assay report which would help and also the costing of the portable mill different story that may or may not de-risk the whole thing so then one could argue it is undervalued.  Right now as it stands it is overvalued!
