Its operations in northeast British Columbia are located near Dawson Creek and the region includes Greater Dawson, Sunrise, Attachie, and Septimus and Sundown. The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

Disagree that paying down debt is the best use of capital.

For example, CNQ picked up PONY production & assets for pennies.. they assumed the debt ($370M) and cut shares.. adding 40,000 boepd of gas and abundant reserves.

ARX can do the same while the prices of these juniors are cheap.. Crew is logical, possibly Leucrotta (but no cash flow).. buy the assets when they are cheap, and in time pay down the debt.
