RE:ScorecardAuAg, NFG's 63.7 over 8.45m assay result reported today yields 538 m*g/t Au.
While not nearly as impressive as some of NFG's best holes......
261.3 over 7.2m = 1,881 m*g/t Au
92.9 over 19.0m = 1,765 m*g/t Au
24.0 over 46.0m = 1,104 m*g/t Au
106.5 over 9.15m = 974 m*g/t Au
22.3 over 41.35m = 922 m*g/t Au
it yielded more than all but one SIC hole drilled to date:
68.7 over 8.1m = 556 m*g/t Au
Now, as far as I can tell, SIC has only released the results of six holes to date, so it's a small sample size and who knows how rich a yield future SIC holes will have, but if your definition of "decent" is 538, I think you are mistaken.....One can be blinded by the 1000+ yields of NFG's best holes, but these are jackpot holes and are far from typical.......hitting a hole over 500 is very good, and SIC has hit two holes out of six that reached this level (556 and 535) according to the research I have done (someone please reply if I am overlooking a 500+ SIC result), so I'd say SIC is off to a good start, and we'll wait and see what the produce going forward both in terms of grade, length, and yield........
And to answer your proviso, yes, I am drawing my own conclusions.....
