I have a vested interest in Erin Ventures becoming a viable mining company!

While we wait, two questions come to mind. If interested, share your thoughts with this forum!

(1) Has Erin Ventures submitted their elaborate? If not, why not? From what I understand, this is a significant first step!
(2) When  a Press release states the L.O.I. signing is immenient. What time line is being used? For the average laymen, immenient means minutes, hours not days or weeks.
 Sorry for any spelling mistakes. Hopefully tomorrow, L.O.I. Press release will be announed>
