RE:Imminent You would think that if this was a done deal many weeks ago as many posters suggested, the contracts would have been prepared to some extent. Change a date here, change a number there but the meat of the contract would not change too much. The NR stated as per the LOI.
The SP is certainly not screaming done deal to me.
