Doesn't mid-April come long before April 27.
Also with YFI trading anywhere from 400,000 to 1,400,000 shares each day at prices between 15c and 22c why do they have such a problem closing offerings at 11.5c and 13c. Some logic missing here? Or just a misunderstanding on my part.
Don't forget that PP purchasers have to hold onto their shares for 4 months. Perhaps they couldn't find enough people to take that risk, seeing that there won't be any product to sell for some time, and the simulated test on exactly 750,000 home installations wasn't impressive enough. Why not make it a million? Better still, 1,265,387.
I would also like to know how they managed to get a 70-100% premium on the PP in the financial state they were in, when there was no prior knowledge of such a spectacular news release coming.
