After saying a number of times, no Canada will not do this sounds like total reversal and at least for travelling abroad it will become a necessity.

I see a few other countries are using a wallet pass or similar.
I know Datametrex and Screenpro have something for movie / TV staff but sounds basic.

Maybe Loop got contract and or in talks.

Could be the halt? Never know.
