RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The stock PS: I now see the Texaco station at the junction of the Alt route 95... must be the one you referred to.

How would this help as a road link corridor to move coper ore to the Pumkin Patch (i assume you mean.)
The drive in property seems to be under BLM jurisdiction. Do you mean that NCU would (or does already) some have / get access to this property via land swap and then, by extension, would somehow not need further permit to get anaconda ore?
I am definatley bumfuzzeled by all this stuff you are alluding to. Is that your goal?
Straight taik it out man.
If you were, in the past, trying to sow confusion perhaps with some ulterior motive of supressing the stock price (I highly doubt that is possible to any meaningful extent anyway) you must by now have bought up the position you want so let's hear the actual proposition.
I know you can write normat straight up sentences but just seem to choose not to. Why bother?
Anyway, I think you are on the side of a bullish case for NCU, and if you are then, well okay... all is looking good.
Cheers,
N

there is a Feb Version of this (not in keeper file - lost) its the MOU/ROD - Arco/Anaconda
the final comment period closes end of the month 4-2021.. the final rule making is due in june..
Fast 41 is CFR and above my oay grade to totally digest..
Hwv.. all RUle Making has to Be Published ionto the CFR (Congress Fed Register) on June 15.
there are two periods when rules can be entered into the CFR June and January
The mannual NCU Meeting is sceduled for June 17 or Thursday.. this is two days after the Arco/Anaconda MOU/ROD & Operational Unit #*8 (fully permitted)..
basically, Fast 41 allows for mines w permits to foregoe new permitting -w- the States Permission..
i.e. they do not have to do a full blown CFR-40..
the Chirp "they don't have a permit" blows to highn heaven and is squarely directed at HBY and QTA/Stignaset.. WHO DO NOT HAV PERMITS OR APPLICATIONS

if NCU has a gate or can establish a gate directly across the street - to the enterence of the adjoining anaconda plant Property.. that venture does not need a seperate permit.. its treated as a contigous plant..
thats what that silly Old Silly Drive In Theater' is all about..! its the rear gate for NCU to scoop the copper oxide tailings from the collapsing overburden walls of lake yearington.. and gives NCU a Facing Gate into what is considered as a manufacturing plant
The quak attorney from reno who is attempting to have the entire MOU/ROD tossed out - made one argument.. Historical pROPERTY - pRESERVATION -- doeseent hav a dammmmed thing -to do- about making babies in the bak seat during the Great Show @ the yearington drive in..
thats where the road from NCU is going to connect -w- the Anaconda Plant (Operational Unit # *8/Permitted to mine) w/o hiking thru town..
where HBM stands in this jugetnaut and the krep side shows; don't know.. it appears they cannotm make a deal whort of a poket full of cash..
as too the light bulb source at Rosemont.. one ! chief and his trusty winchester 30-30
