RE:RE:RE:RE:Dakouli...area consolidation once again...When i saw NXS i thought with all these projects it must be a project generator model,,, imagine my surprise when i find out the majority of their properties are 100% owned,,, this is good in that they can scale substantially, and have optionality with regard to which properties they choose to target,,,, in terms of financing a JV is the counter argument but has its own pros,,, for some reason short term traders are ignoring that NXS has 11 properties, which only means more value for us long term holders,, the stock could get to 15-25 c by the end of the year
