CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

I have read all of Farell's interviews. I also have experience with RS including from a bio-tech, IN who recently did one to enter NASDAQ. Even though they had a series of good news and IMO more potential than CLASS, the stock lost about 75% of it's value between july and mid-april. It is just starting to go up following a series of very good news. So if and only if CLASS gets massive financial plus government support prior to it's RS will I keep my shares before the RS. JMO and GLTA
