Does 100% of Alberta's population smoke MJ?

Otherwise I do not see how the capacity of total stores justifies sales available.

101 is the number of dalmations in a movie and what Choom management sees when they smoke their inventory instead of building out brick and mortar. COVID or not - you cant pick up product from cyberspace.
