proxy materialsgot the proxy materials..all for the recent changes but not sure i feel totally comfortable to giving blanket approval to make changes without knowing the context/business proposition is for those changes...

Don't get me wrong, all about progression/optionality but pre-agreeing to an agreement just doesnt sit quite right.  Call me paranoid.
