RE:RE:RE:The Department of Chiselly OffersW'eve had our tiffs over on the ALA board but on this,  I totally agree with you.  IPL is nearing
the end of a long uphill climb getting Heartland built.   Its getting derisked financially and
Brookfield knows it.   If they walk,   they will probably be one of of the bigger buyers if IPL 
takes a bit of a tumble.  BAM maybe cheap but they are not stupid.
