I 've mentioned this for 2 years. ------- One scenario is a large buy ,but definately not my style. We can do a lot more with small tuck-ins in core ares. ---Poster Iscfa, likes the thought of getting free clients from ma/pa stragglers ,but we dont want that. We get weak clients that do not have good payors behind them . If they had good insurance payors.the operation would not be struggling .Stay away from weaklings clients ,sorry to say . --We need good quality tuck-ins ,good payors ,good cross selling prospects,solid company before we buy ,and in OUR CORE AREAS.Add that to a company that might be ''a little light) on respiratoy % --Fine to buy an outlet in Daytona,that means Crawford has found a solid company in need of additional sales and maint room.
