Makes no sense for valens to buy a Canadian company. 


Aleafia could buy a US company but man you talk about debt and dilution to get the funds for that type of purchase? 


Aleafia is a basically a bum living in the basement of its parents house living pay check to paycheck. They can barely afford their next meal. Let alone another successful company.
