Black Fly Season

Not much you can do about Black Fly season. Free world so you kind of have to pit up with them.They are persistent but eventually die off. They get really bad in May/June. Nothing new either. They nip. They annoy. And they are not smart creatures. Eventually they get tired and can't stand the heat and die off.
