With the massive spending being unleashed upon the world by almost every country and the money printing presses running all out , my sentiment would suggest a much shorter time frame. If the crypto thing comes back to earth somewhat I can see people rediscovering gold again. Just my thoughts of course. GLTAL
I am thinking a much shorter timeframe as well for Gold reaching the $2500 to $3000 range. I truly think it will get there within two years due to the massive injection of liquidity from all countries around the globe. Devaluation of global currencies are happening at a rapid rate. Just last night the new Biden administration introduced a 4 trillion dollar plan for the US economy and a couple months ago they injected 1.4 trillion into the economy. Our own govt here in Canada has a prime minister who thinks money grows on trees and throws distributes billions like he's throwing candy to the kids at a Christmas parade.
I just think governments have a total disregard for responsible economic management of tax payers money. Our countries will pay on huge price for this unless they have some sort of end game plan in place with digital currencies but even if they do it won't go smoothly. Gold is the ultimate currency in my view and it has always gone up in value over time for hundreds of years. I'm sticking with gold!!!
