Ok, one reason is because that Paul/TXP have given us timelines totally detatched from reality regarding when to expect Coho to be online.  I lost count of how many dates been  given by now but go back and listen to the interviews given at the time of Coho drill and testing NR's and the naive time optimism shown there is quite appaling now with hindsight 1.5 years later on. Obviously Paul/TXP had no idea they were operating on a "banana" Island LOL
