RE:RE:Everything about this transaction does not make any senseRocks...you have to admit that it was strategically a poor decision to not ask for a small premium on the MYM shares at the time of announcement.  The optics just aren't great when MYM has seen a very quick turnaround and profitibility.  It woudl be smart for IM once they realize they don't have the votes to sweeten the offer a bit and win majority approval.  I think we see MYM shareprice rise with the expectation of a higher bid - even if it's only a token amount.
