I will answer the question from Germany briefly: No, never ever! My firm conviction. The constitutional court decision in Germany will not be of any help. The dyna subsidiary in Germany is nothing of significance beyond that. Apart from that, German industry is working on completely different solutions. Maybe it works in a mine in Siberia? LoL
