RE:Class action LawsuitPYR isn't likely to go after anyone with respect to the Mariner "short report". The report contents don't appear outlandish (exept for the purported company shenanigans), and it seems to be based pretty much on fact and PYR initiated press and activities.
It will be a slow tank (with resistance from those that got caught in the run-up hype), but tank she will, ... but play it wisely, and the yo-yo swings might just cover some losses.
