i believe that they are just trying to get things moving as fast as possible to implement expansion.
It is going to take a month to finalize the deal then they will be able to go ahead. there may be rules on what they can disclose at this time until deal is closed. I dont know that for sure but i know that they are limited by stock exchange rules on many things.Explanations probably will be coming with the second quarter report due in 2 weeks. then there probably a zoom meeting with Adelaide Capital after that. IMHO
