I noted what had been included in communications with Michelle Rochon.
Yes, I was hopeful for all to be resolved based upon the fedback and so far it hasn't happened, though I remain reasonably confident we will have some form of update this week or next.

I can say, communication has been on-going with both Michelle and Tom Barrette, President and COO since the post you reference here.
While I'm not yet comfortable with all the content of these discussions, it is never the less encouraging to me that no one appears to be running away from or denying the obvious shortcomings we see.
How are your efforts to discuss things going?
It isn't good enough from my perspective to stop attempting to reach the right people because past efforts have been unsuccessful.
