New condo at Bathurst location Once in a while I shop at organic garage when it's convenient for me to do so. I've noticed construction for a condominium is taking place right next to the Vaughan plaza. I've also shopped at the St Clair location and noticed some big construction projects going on there. It looks like the foot traffic for these stores will only increase in the years ahead. I expect 2021 to be a strong year for this company and a premium valuation will be rewarded.
There are too many positives to name. Cheaper organic food prices and healthier food choices for the consumer. I've compared their prices to the competition and they win hands down. They have the potential to increase prices and still maintain their customers due to pricing power of their inventory. Also, we can expect an additional $1 million in cost annual savings from their change in distribution model.
This looks like a 10 bagger in the making.
