2020 year end results tomorrow

2020 year end results tomorrow Kontrol projected only 13 million for 2020 revenues, which I believe is less than the 2019 year. Looking to average down here but I'm worried it will dip next week after earnings. Should I wait or has this 13 mill for 2020 already been priced in?
