RE:RE:RE:2020 year end results tomorrow Adjusted ebitda for 2020 of $2M and $3.7M for 2021. So, increase of $1.7M related to the increase of $20-$22M. Increase, but not sure what is chewing into the profit margins. I would have thought after covering all the overhead, the profit margins would be larger and see it north of $5M. But one step at a time. Many think that they tanked the BC revenue projection, which makes no sense to me for them to do that.

Current visibility for 2021 of $33M to $35M revenue, 70% core business, 30% BioCloud and an "adjusted" Ebitda of $3.7M. So, core business bouncing back in 2021 but also includes the full year of the acquired business. With folk focusing on BC and likely no meaningful results other than costs in 2020, I don't know where there would be a significant surprise to have folk dump it. But, I've been very wrong before on this play.
If you look at what they said for 2021, core revenue rising 83%, should lead to EBITDA of $3.7 million, which is what they project for their total for this year, including BioCloud. So does that mean that BioCloud will earn nothing, even with the suggested profit margins of 50% or so?
Something isn't adding up, so hopefully that is one more thing that can be cleared up tomorrow.
So a lot is riding on how they handle the CC tomorrow., and what we can glean from it.
