15 stores, 3 so called e-commerce platforms and  an Executive Team that considers status quo - Good enough. If I did that at work I'd be fired. So agree with you Luci, the entire team should take no pay no shares no warrants until they deliver what hey said they would deliver. 100 stores. put their chatter on the table and hold them accountable. that's what's lacking here. "Accountability" for reward.
