Tomorrow is May 1st! Hope there was enough warrant money $To allow the January invester presentation to be updated!
Looks like Cry-sendo needs all the help they can get selling our story, 2,000 total shares or about $800 USD in trades over the last 7 days of trading. They might be on holidays in all fare-ness.
"May-be a May invester presentation may arrive in May" ?
Last night as the clock approached mid-nite the STIG ( a potentially frictious group based out of the greater Ithaca area ) wrapped up their semi-annual April 22nd meeting.
A few changes to report;
* Tom has stepped down without any real explanation as STIG CEO and placed Marla the Virgin in full control. Tom and Marla have set up a series of meetings in Naples to formalize the arrangement and work out any potential "kinks" ; - )
* The group has re-inter-ranted their strong HOLD target and have placed the stock on a temporary "UR" under review status until the January invester deck is updated
* Speaking in a lovely tone and yoga pants, Marla has suggested that IF EDTXF decides to remain "undecided" on their "ball movement" from the US OTC dirt level to a real stock exchange, she has strongly suggested this will trigger a STRONG BUY recomendation from STIG as it pertains to shares of EDTXF. A vote followed her intoxicating words and was unanimously approved. Cliff the barber ( audit committe lead & vice chair ) allowed Tom to vote on his behalf, as he was under the heather and also interviewing a potential new STIG member at the same time..
* Marla also suggested that STIG adopt some new accounting rules and prevent any fowl language from being used at formal meetings. This now eliminated my rather cool coop as a future meeting location. A search for a new location, potentially in Delaware is underway.
* The group ended the evening with a quick look at all the equinity plays relying on the advancement of EDTXF to bring attention to themselves. The list was too long to report on at this time, but is expected to be summarized during the upcoming Naples affair.
Buena suerte,
Thom
