WHY NO NCIB BUYING TO SUPPORT THE STOCK PRICE ANDwhy did the ceo move to the U.S. when the head office is in Canada. Wouldn't he be better off in Canada when the stock price is collapsing ?? Why hasn't he put out a statement as to the share price dropping so much ?  Investors need to hear from the CEO .
