My reading comprehension was poor, the equipment is being tweaked at a vendor's location.

So where is the equipment now? It was to be taken apart and put on skids, placed somewhere, re-assembled and tweaked to PGX specifications? Then disassembled put back on skids til a plant in a city is secured?
