Core business

Core businessI actually think they have a good grasp in this area and will execute the strategy to grow it decently. To cut to the chase, they cover about 250 buildings and getting yourself to 1,000 gets you in the area of being a takeover target. They mentioned revenue figures as another illustration what gets to "midcap" but I don't have my notes infront of me. We will shortly hear about some "talent" that they are bringing on board to grow the business. Acquisitions are part of the growth strategy and they are continually on a lookout for deep value and synergies being very careful with the capital structure. Deep value includes acquiring companies at about 0.5 multiple of sales. Other, non-BC snippits include that we will hear something about the uplisting in the next two or so weeks - did not specify but if someone is saying that we will actually be uplisted, I highly doubt it. I am thinking application or maybe taking some other steps to meet eligibility requirements. They also said about 30% of shares are in direct insider control and another 10% in the hands of vendors which may be folk from who they acquired companies in the past. The message that 40% is in strong hands supportive of company direction. That's what comes to mind on the non-BC topics. And yes, their projection missed the mark by more than half a mill for Q4 which I don't understand given how recently it was made.
