KEY DEVELOPMENTS DURING Q4 2020
2020 Outdoor Grow Results
On November 6, 2020, the Company reported its Port Perry Facility’s outdoor cannabis harvest results,
where 50,000 plants yielded approximately 31,200 kgs of dried cannabis flower at a cash cost per gram
to harvest of $0.10. Included in the total yield is 7,200 kgs of THC-dominant dried flower, much of
which is used to accelerate the expansion of the Company's adult-use product portfolio.
It's all there in black and white. Nothing to wait and see.

That was the average sale price of bulk flower in q4. You are suggesting $6 million bulk sales q1.. That would require 12,000kgs or 12 million grams @ .48/gram (q4s avg sale price per gram). They grew total 31,000 kg + outdoor. Minus 21,000 kg already sold in q4 (as per q4 md&a), = 10,000kg. Even if they sold the outdoor flower put aside for prerolls that's only $5 million in bulk sales. And we know 7,000 kgs was put aside for prerolls. They have apprx 4,000kgs left of bulk deducting the 7,000kgs for prerolls. My figures are all from q4 financials and q4 md&a. There is no way they have 6 million from outdoor in q1. The only way is if they sold indoor bulk to Europe.

That would leave 6 million for q1 plus any incremental sales. I am also hoping they are receiving slightly better pricing on the remaining contracts. Maybe that would be optimistic. "16M in Contracted Cannabis Sales: In addition to growth in the medical, adultuse and international channels, the Company has contracted sales that will, upon completion of shipments, generate net revenue of $16 million. It is expected that the majority of the domestic wholesale shipments will be completed in the three months ended December 31, 2020 (Q4 2020), with the remainder shipping to customers early in the first quarter of 2021 (Q1 2021).
