Easy to judge others, especially when all you did all day was to unskilfully try to trash Smokey on multiple bullboards (SAY, CBDT and ACDC for what I know). I have been here for over a year now and today it's the first time I have seen you posted here but suddenly you're an expert on how Empower should be run. Sure, I wish Empower released the financials on time and I'm not happy to relive it for the second time, but I wouldn't teach a Six Sigma certified CEO how to do his job. I'm pretty sure he knows how to email and zoom lol but thanks for that input :D Also, how would that be beneficial for shareholders to announce the news about the delay before the deadline? Wouldn't it read as not trying hard enough, giving up too early and throwing us to the wolves? This way the less confident investors have time to digest the news and realize the sky hasn't fallen: the financials are coming sooner than later, Q4 is still going to be way better than Q3 (maybe even Q1-Q3 combined), the over all picture for 2020 will show an amazing growth and paint a beautiful foundation being laid out for 2021 and Q1 results that do not need to be audited will follow shortly after. 

they knew many many days possibly weeks ago they weren't going to fulfill obligations. They couldn't travel? They just figured that out after 4 pm. 

they should google zoom and how to email.
