Weekly StatsCount down before PEA data is released: 4 weeks or before.
Well, well, well... we got news this week about a $8.5M financing for exploring and growing our properties. Usually, that should be quite good news seeing that some funds are willing to invest some ca$h in exploration. Having Raymond James on board, which has offices in the USA, might bring some new interrests to the south of the borders. Kevin and Rob said we need to have institutions in the story and if we want them to buy and support the SP, well you have to provide them a chance to get in.
Now, some are arguing that this financing could have been done after the publishing of the PEA since we have $14M in the bank, but with the bad Q1 results we got, with no addition to the cash reserve in this "lost quarter", and what is coming after the PEA is published, I say that it's a good move to keep this $14M for other expenses than for exploration activities. We do not know what will happen with the POG and I find it wise to not bet our hard earned ca$h based on hopes that the yellow metal will reach $2500 this year as some gold bugs are saying. So yes about 10M shares will be added to the count but our financial situation will be much better for the rest of the year no matter what happens.
I substracted 1 week to the count down of the PEA data NR as the AGA is on May 27th and Kevin and Rob are doing a presentation on May 25th at a German Gold Show. It would make sense to have the PEA news before those important dates.
As for the market data, volume and averaged paid price are the same than last week.
