We want a positive number obviously for NPV. As long as it's above zero you could consider it good. I'm more curious about their AISC. That's what i want to see RM. I believe Selby might be able to drive that number down because of the MOU deal, infrastructure proximity, higher recapture rate on the nickel (still don't understand the chemistry behind how that works) etc, etc. If they have high costs, forget about it. And then if we're lucky enough to have the price of nickel as a tail wind it makes it that much better. There are so many unknowns with this project because of all these properties. Let's hope for the best...
