good point, this is certainly a gamble. However, consumer cyclical, heavy equipment, transportation, banking, those and other mature (and cash flow positive) sectors you can make some sound and logical investment. In this sector, well, there's a reason that they have to fund with PE, it's because the banks won't lend to them without personal guarantees from principles, and principles aren't willing to do that, cause they don't want to go BK if the company misses, so they go looking for someone to fund it. Good track record management, a good macro environment and crusaders like ES, well, you get a program. Why do you think the bigs haven't prospextef for 20?
