RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VDSLet's also consider other benefits with the VDS acquisition, which are the synergies between the various ITS companies within QTRH.

Between IRD, Sensor Line GmbH, and VDS they can share technology, sales teams and industry/government contacts. Having a local presence will show further commiment to the Europe.

Over the next 1-2 years we should see further sales of IRD WIM systems/products in Europe, while also seeing expansion of sales of Sensor Line sensors and VDS products into other European countries, plus other countries where IRD has a presence.

VDS is a good acquisition at a good price!
